The staff is inviting and genuinely happy to assist. The maintenance staff fixes things quickly and effectively with good communication. The facilities are clean and enjoyable. I feel very safe here. Pets are welcome. You can't beat the location!

This apartment is a great quality for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the amenities are kept nice. There's an option for parking within the building and the extra parking across the street is the cheapest parking I have found downtown. The lobby of the building is a little outdated but the apartments themselves are kept really nice. They have updated appliances and are in a great location.
