Lovely apartment and staff. My experience at Greenwich has been great! Apartment is affordable and very nice for the price. Location cannot be beat since it is conveniently located between the banks and Over-the-Rhine. All buildings are very secure and I always feel safe which was a huge factor when deciding on a place to live downtown.

I lived at Greenwich On The Park for seven months in 2019, and I have to say the apartments were quality, in a great location, and had a great view. Maintenance was timely and I have no complaints during my short stay. The utilities were reasonable and the building is built well so it maintains temperature very easily. Big shoutout to the staff, especially Jeremy!

I have been working downtown now a little over a year and love it. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance.
