What lease terms are available?
The lease terms range from 6 to 18 months.
Is there Parking available?
It is up to residents to secure their own parking. The Gramercy Garage is a popular option. The Gramercy Garage is owned by the city of Cincinnati and is professionally managed by ALLPRO Parking. The Gramercy offers monthly parking to residents at the rate of $150 per month. Another close parking option is Park Place Garage. To sign up for parking visit allproparking.com.
Can I bring my furry friend?
Yes! We are dog and cat friendly. Max 2 cats. $35 per month pet rent + $150 refundable pet fee + $150 nonrefundable fee. (Breed/weight restrictions apply. Contact for details.)
Do all four buildings share amenities?
Yes. Four buildings, one community!
What should I include in my budget?
Rent, renter's insurance, heating and cooling, water, parking, sewage, cable/Internet, and, if applicable, pet fee.
What type of coverage is required for the renters insurance?
Our community requires all residents to obtain and maintain evidence of liability insurance throughout the term of your lease, including lease renewals. Prior to your move-in, you are required to purchase and maintain Renters Insurance with minimum liability coverage of at least $300,000. We recommend you visit our preferred vendor www.ResidentShield.com for a quote and to obtain coverage, or you may secure your coverage elsewhere. You can also purchase personal contents insurance for a small additional fee. To enroll in the ResidentShield plan, feel free to visit the website above or contact the ResidentShield customer service team at 1-800-566-1186.
How does management typically communicate with residents?
Most of our communication with residents happens through One-on-one in person appointments in the leasing office, email and via US Post. That said, we are happy to assist in other forms of communication. We like to keep things easy and accessible for you!
What are the rules for smoking?
Greenwich on the Park is a smoke-free community.
What do I do if I need emergency maintenance?
Call (513) 651-1661 and follow the prompts.
How do I pay my rent?
All payments can be easily handled through your online portal.
I'm late on a payment. What should I expect?
While we do expect rent to be paid on time, we understand that unforeseen situations can happen. That's why we offer a grace period for late payments: The grace period allows until the 5th day of the month, after which a late fee will be applied.
Can I sublet my apartment?
No. Subletting is not allowed.
Can I paint my apartment?
Yes! You are free to paint your apartment as long as it can be covered with one coat of white paint when you move out. Additionally, only approved paint provided by the property may be used.
What do I do if I want to make other customizations to my apartment?
We would love to work with you to meet your requests. Please contact us for questions about other apartment customizations.
How do I terminate my lease early?
Lease cancellation terms are available in your lease. Reach out to the leasing office if you need assistance.
Are furnished apartments offered?
Yes! We partner with CORT You will work directly with CORT to get everything set up.
